year in mid-August, which is just a couple of weeks away from now. So, fans are
excited to see what’s new in Samsung’s New Note 9. Following mentioned details

Rumors
A new report from Samsung-Mobile News told that a
smartphone with the model number SM-N960F/DS has been live on support pages for
Denmark, Finnish, Norway and France. The Source suggested that it is the Galaxy
Note 9 and the “DS” in the model number represents a Dual SIM Variant which
will make this smartphone outstanding.

The Galaxy Note 9 has recently benchmarked and
received 5162 single-core scores and 10704 multi-core scores. The benchmark
listing also reveals Exynos 9815 chipset, 8GB RAM, Octa-core processor and 12MP
Auto-focus Camera.

The Samsung is holding an event called “unpacked” in
Brooklyn, New York, USA on August 9 to Unmasked their new Galaxy phone,
although Samsung not yet confirmed about device name but a stylus pen on
invitation card and timing give us an idea that it will be Samsung note 9 which
the strong rumored on the market.

It is rumored that Galaxy Note 9 will have a 6.4-inch
big display, Android----- 8.1 (Oreo) version, new S-Pen with some remote-control
features, Bixby 2.0, an under-screen fingerprint scanner, enhanced quality of
speakers, more accurate 3D sensing facial recognition, 12 MP Dual Primary
Camera setup, an 8-MP Selfie Camera, SD845 or Exynos 9815 chipset, probably
Neural Processing Unit (NPU) like Apple and Huawei, Adreno 640 or Mali-G76 GPU,
512GB Storage Option, a 4000mAh battery, fast and wireless charging support and
many others features.

and Display
Samsung Note 9 is big and like Galaxy Note 8. The On-Leaks leaked that Note 9 gets a big display
with the more screen-to-body ratio. There is almost full screen with
much-minimized bezels on top and bottom. The same source claims Samsung Note 9
has a horizontally-mounted Dual Rear Camera Setup in the top-center of the
back. An LED flash is placed beside lenses. Below the optics, there is a
Fingerprint Scanner. However, another leak says that Note 9 will have an
in-screen fingerprint scanner.
According to Ice Universe, some images of Note 9 which shows that there are five buttons on the smartphone
including a power on/off, two volume rockers, and a Bixby button. There is no
reason for existing fifth button.
Ice Universe also revealed Samsung was unable to
manage under-display fingerprint sensor in 2018. And, it seems the Samsung
flagship phone will have Fingerprint Scanner on back.
Another leak revealed that Note 9 will have the strong
metal unibody, 6.4-inch Display, and WQHD+ resolution. The device is rumored to
get 18.5:9 aspect ratio. It will have two stereo speakers, probably a 3.5 mm
jack, and a USB-C port.
After a deep observation, Mobile57 concluded that
Galaxy Note 9 will feature an identical design to Note 8. It is just like the
Galaxy S9 which borrowed its design from Galaxy S8 after a few adjustments.
The Stylus Pen (S-Pen) The year of 2018 is lucky for
S-Pen lovers. It is said that the Note 9 S-Pen is much more than a stylus. It
will have a button on it for incoming calls or other similar functions.
According to tech-radar, the Galaxy Note 9 will have a 6.3-inch Display,
measuring 161.9 x 76.3 x 8.8 mm dimensions.
BGR suggests that S-Pen supports Bluetooth and will
allow users to snap the photos or control media playback without touching the
display. It indicates that the S-Pen will have a battery.
According to Samsung-Mobile News, the S-Pen will have
some new remote-control features. Also, it is told that the S-Pen will be
charged by just putting it back into the Smartphone.

It is a big update over the previous S-Pen so get

and Storage
The rumors about models of Samsung note 9 is sure
that, Samsung will be preparing two models of Galaxy Note 9. The China and US
model will be powered by Snapdragon 845; however, the EMEA model will have
efficient Exynos 9820 chipset.
The info comes from an earlier benchmark listing which
shows that the Note 9 has Qualcomm SD845, 6GB RAM and Android 8.1 (Oreo). On
the other hand, Ice Universe shared a post on twitter which reveals that
Samsung is working on a project with Exynos 9820.
It is expected that the SD845 will be paired with
Adreno 630 GPU while the Exynos 9820 with Mali-G76 GPU.
The Korean Herald reported that the Note 9’s Exynos
model might build with an NPU (Neural Processing Unit), just like the Huawei
and Apple. It means you will get AI chip in new flagship to boost your
experience. The NPU will also help the device to achieve highest benchmark
scores.
As we mentioned above, a benchmark listing shows that
the Smartphone has 6GB RAM, so you can enjoy faster gaming and smooth
multi-tasking. Some leaks from brand’s home country suggested that there will
be two storage variants, 6GB/128GB and 8GB/256GB. A 512GB variant with 8GB RAM
is also in rumors, but according to GSM Arena, it will be limited to Korea and
China.
MicroSD
card and SIM slots
The Galaxy Note 9 will be available in both Single SIM
and Dual SIM models. The Single SIM model will have dedicated card slot and in
the Dual SIM model, the second slot can be used for either SIM or MicroSD card.
Camera
and 3D Facial Recognition
Last year, Samsung introduced Dual Rear Camera Setup
for Note 8. Also, the Galaxy S9+ has Dual Primary Optics following those now we
can expect that we’ll see at least the same dual camera setup on the back of Samsung
Note 9.
Digital Trends suggested in their report that Samsung
Note 9 will have Dual 12MP Rear Cameras which can switch f/1.5 to f/2.4
apertures, like the Galaxy S9+. It is said that the Smartphone will offer HDR
video recording, 2x optical zoom, bokeh mode, Super Slow-mo (720@960fps).
They also tell that, it would become more interesting
if the brand used to equip Dual 8MP Selfie Camera Setup on the upcoming Galaxy
Note 9 as like as Samsung Galaxy S9 & S9 Plus. Take it with a grain of salt because many other leaks claim that
Samsung will certainly use an 8MP (f/1.7) selfie camera.
As always, Samsung uses Iris Scanner which can be made
fool. But, for now, it is expected that the Galaxy Note 9 will feature a more
accurate 3D facial recognition system to offer a full secure Face Unlock even
in low light, like the iPhone X’s Face ID.
Software and Bixby 2.0 There is no doubt on the
availability of Android 8.1 (Oreo) on the Galaxy Note 9 – as the Oreo is still
the latest OS. Although there is no word on debuting Android 9.0 (P), we can
expect that Samsung will provide Android P update near in future.
Besides that, A report from Korean Herald confirmed
that the Note 9 will ship with Bixby 2.0 AI assistant.
